3. BlackBerry Desktop Manager If you have configured to use the BlackBerry Desktop Redirector, your smart phone will not be possible to view attachments on e-mail. BlackBerry Desktop Redirector is not designed to view e-mail attachments.
Solution:
- Uninstall the BlackBerry Desktop Manager first.
- Install the BlackBerry Desktop Manager again and select the BlackBerry Internet Service.
- Remove Desktop [CMIME] and Desktop [CICAL] from a book service (service books) on your BlackBerry.
