San Francisco - Yahoo keep trying to beat Google in the search engines. This time, Yahoo wants to compete with Google in the search system real-time.

Yahoo felt more challenged after Google announced a long term cooperation with Twitter to provide a search system that is more real-time. Therefore, Yahoo was looking for a partner that can accommodate real-time search.

Quoted by Reuters on Wednesday (4/11/2009), one of the companies that Yahoo is OneRiot ogled. The company is located in Boulder, Colorado. Reportedly, OneRiot able to gather information from various sources online, including Twitter, Digg and of its own network. Currently One Riot itself already has 3 million users.

Searching the Internet in real-time itself is a popular way of combining a variety of sources to obtain information on the Internet. Previously, Yahoo also has been working with Microsoft to put Bing in the search results. This cooperation will last for 10 years.

But Yahoo is considered Bing and less to the search results real-time. Yahoo therefore feel you need the same resources with Twitter to produce more significant results.
